Rocky's Matcha proudly presents their unique blend of houjicha, carefully curated by acclaimed producer, Mr. Kiyoharu Tsuji. This roasted green tea, sometimes written as "hojicha", boasts a lower caffeine content compared to sencha or matcha. Utilizing stems and leaves from Tsujiki's tencha, our special houjicha is slow roasted at a low temperature to maintain its delightful flavor and aroma.
