ABOUT INEZ OLIVE OIL:

The farm, located on 60 acres in Santa Ynez, CA, is entirely organic and the oil inside each bottle is made exclusively from olives the family grows themselves. “Single Estate / Origin” olive oils are fairly rare! 


The Inez ESTATE BLEND is a balanced mix of Arbequina, Arbosana and Koroneiki olives. It has grassy notes of green tomatoes and artichokes with a subtle peppery finish. Recommended for use on salads, roasted veggies, and grilled meats.

The Inez OLIO NUOVO means “new oil.” It’s a celebration of the oil that was pressed weeks ago, with sediment and vegetable matter still in the bottle. This is the freshest, most robust form of olive oil. It will only be sold for the months following harvest (Nov-Feb), so it makes for great gifts and seasonal cooking. Try it on toast with sea salt, goat cheese or tinned fish, or as a great finishing product on any dish.

Best by for the OLIO NUOVO:  April 2025.
It is still usable well beyond April 2025, but after that point it is no longer considered “Olio Nuovo.”
