100% extra virgin olive oil from a small, organically cultivated, two-decades-old grove in Santa Ynez Valley. 

This oil is made from a special blend of Ascalano, Frantoio, Leccino, Lucques, Manzanillo, Mission & Pendolino olives. The olives are grown organically, carefully hand picked, and pressed within 24 hours of harvest - no additives included. Each olive variety lends its own distinct flavor to the blend, resulting in a complex and rich oil. The taste is refreshingly bold and delightfully peppery. 100% extra virgin olive oil made from the finest olives.
